Any image can be used on your website. This can include photographs, scanned images, clip art etc.
If you have a digital camera, those photographs are ideal for use on the site. However, the images generally need to be adjusted to the right size and resolution before uploading them and a program such as Adobe Photoshop is needed to do this. Digital cameras often come with bundled software which could do the job for you.

When considering what to write about your organisation, it is best to break in down into different sections or packets of information. The reason for this is that the site will have a navigation or menu system to enable the viewers to find what they are looking for. If the written information is broken down into separate documents or pages, it is easier to organise. The site can then organise the information in to a logical structure so that it can be found by the viewer.
